Taking full-opportunity of the leaves and bemused as always by the love, attention and admiration of the people closer in hearts than distances apart in spaces, I wish to wish blessings of Goddess showering upon all of us. I wish that Goddess (i.e the feminine characters and the virtues which are personified in Durga) comes all alive in those whom I love and to those who dwells in hearts for whom hearts is an organ of life and more for the spirit of life. I wish Goddess blesses every athletes of life with abundance of energy and vigour and at the same time self-restraint and sense of purpose. May the Goddess upon being pleased with the prayers emanating in noble hearts free from pollution of wishes of finding Gold-treasure at the door step, and ever growing Greed rooted in Self-welfare of the most selfish kind bestows the-Consumers-of-life a life fulfilling experience untouched by miseries of poverty of both kind-  absence of wealth and lack of satisfaction.

TRIBUTE

We are mortal lives! and we know that. Though hard to believe and we hardly take our mortality as a truth and we fight and degrade the quality of lives of this "grand stage" of Kalidas and Shakespear we share. But a few man do born among the mushrooming population of humans and distinguish themselves to bring pride and purpose to the species of mankind and establish our brand "homo sapiens" (hahaha). Therefore, my tribute is to those great men and women of yesterday who fueled our imagination and dream when we were child. Today they have ripened of their age and are bidding goodbyes...

Here is my tribute to Rajesh Khanna. A self made man for himself and a celebrity for the less-mortals. To become celebrity is great social responsibility. It's important. Since all of men and women can't achieve spectacular success they need someone of their liking in whom they could see their dreams realized. After all we have all memorized that " if you want something with all your heart all the universe conspire to help you achieve that" though rarely do we follow. Most of us even fear to dream. So we choose a celebrity. They live  our dream for us.  Rajesh khanna went beyond stardom and defined "SUPER STARdom" . He created styles. And styles are important things. It allows expansion of yourself. In his domain he achieved unparalleled success.

My tribute to the Man who had courage to leave this world before he left it today for ever!!!! Neil Armstrong! You will live for ever in history and in the memories because nobody will like to delete you to deplete his GK...You symbolizes "giant achievement" of Mankind...as long as the moon-light falls on us.

I also pay my tribute and reverence to all who have listened to their calling and became celebrity because we definitely love to celebrate..

The human within is the FRIEND

With no family around and friends present only in the space of cyber world, you are left to yourself in distant geography.  New people are around. There is new culture to be familiarised with. There may be new syllables for your tongue to be twisted for and your ear to grasp new frequencies of the words of local dialects or language. There may be altogether different set-up.  You have to start afresh to make new relations, new companions to mark that portion of this journey of life. And this all you need because you need to be assisted in tackling the challenges thrown out by the changed environs and also because of our incapability to enjoy happiness selfishly alone. But before we tag acquaintances as our friend in our memory we must ask “what is a friend” (not “who is a friend”). The answer may be “The friend is the content that helps and makes the human we are” Hence, this friend is always with us and capable of adjusting to the on-going changes in the journey of itinerant. It is, therefore, imperative to the aspirants /seekers of high goals to enrich the content on daily basis. This enriched content will accelerate your energy and ambitions and throw you in higher orbit of performances and creations. A real transformation will be witnessed by your senses- from better to much better. You won’t need many companions in flesh if you have this friend wholly recognised and befriended. This is what  I believe …this is what that creates …and creation is the only story that begins…………….

The Integrated System of Education - Re-shaping INDIA

With the changing times and quality human resource becoming all the more important, It is only pertinent to reflect on the overall health of our education system. The RTE act has just come as a savior to the childhood. But the structure of our education system is such that it is inconsistent at various levels of itself and the whole system at any level misses the accountability. The human beings are themselves the most important aspect of the world and what makes homo-sapiens human is education. In context of our country education has always been important and we have always worshiped it. And in the 21st century when “knowledge is wealth”, education assumes compounding and profound importance both in terms of human resource and human quality. Therefore, to provide a robust structure to our education system and link all the scattered pieces of jigsaw, I propose the creation of the much needed following institution.

  

 CORE SCHOOL: Under the human resources ministry /education ministry of the state, this institution will be established. The Core school would be the administrative body of the three wings that will in turn supervise and monitor the quality of the education being offered, the number of students, the drop-outs, the performance, the track-record, record of data and support being extended. Thus it will become the guardian of entire education system. It will assess both the student and teacher alike thereby providing accountability at each level of education. Core school will also strive to fill gap and differences between different boards and their syllabus bringing uniformity and standard. Actually, we can understand the whole concept of this new system of "delivery of education" once we know the functions and utilities of the three wings.

SINGLE ENROLMENT SYSTEM (SES) - As the name suggests this wing of Core school would be the single body responsible for enrolment of all children of the state to our education system. This body would issue a Permanent Roll No or Identity of Education number (IOEN) or Permanent Right to education number (PRTEN) invariably to all students attending the age of 5 Years as acknowledgement of their journey to formal education. For this purpose SES would create a mechanism to reach to all. However the main centre of SES would be located at the State Capital where all record will be stored and sub-centers at district level. This body will ensure that every boy and girl born well within the boundary of the state gets a unique permanent number or IOEN (identity of education number). This number should be in itself a fundamental right and mere allotment of an IOEN is a promise to the son/daughter of the soil that he/she will be given full opportunity to get education and the nation will be with him/her in their endeavor to achieve excellence.

 The SES may give the students a 12 digit IOEN as described.

SINGLE MONITORING SYSTEM (SMS)- This body of the Core School would be the most important aspect of the entire concept. Once a child has been identified as a student, it would be the duty of the SMS to keep track of his/her average performance over the year. This body would monitor and categories performances individually, school-wise, block-wise and district-wise etc.

  After enrollment, a student will be free to study in any school of his/her choice- govt./public, private etc But irrespective of the kind of school it will be responsibility of school to forward a report card or development report to “SMS” on annual basis. The parents will be required to send their own observation about their ward to corroborate the school report.

                                   

 This wing of the core school will compile the report card and record and analyze the performance of students .It will mark the performance of those showing huge deviations or lack of activity in an identified area. The SMS will have multiple units each specialized in judging students of different age groups in different fields and locating their needs and requirements.

SINGLE SUPPORT SYSTEM (SSS):- Once the area of concern is located, the single support system will take care of it. It will provide all possible help. Also, all the facilities to the school, colleges and universities should be routed through this system only. It will allow efficient use of funds, fool-proof management of resources and measurement of expenditure and resultant enhancement in quality.

What will we get?

1.   The Concept of “Core School” in a state will provide the much needed structure to our education system. Actually it will provide RTE act its body.

2.  India with its states will have the best managed education system in the world drawing talents from all over the world particularly the regional talents.

3.It will improve the literacy rate to 100 percent and give birth to a revolution- intelligence revolution. 

4.The quality of human resource will improve drastically because of improved standard schooling and higher   studies.

5.Students can be properly counseled thereby eliminating/reducing stress and suicides.

6 Child labor will get eliminated as each child will be enrolled and his/her status will be continuously tracked.

7. Accountability in education system will be introduced. A teacher/ school can be held responsible for the dwindling performance up to certain and so will be the parents.

8 Exploitation and commercialization of education for pure profit motive can be checked efficiently.

9.Talents can easily be located and employed as there will be complete record and track record of each student –thereby doing away with so many entrance examinations. Free time is equally important to breathe free air in free space.

10.  With this structure coming in place, the budget and expenditure for education sector can be set with the highest degree of accuracy.

Once all the states come up this establishment, we can create National Core School (NCS) with its three wings:-

1. NATIONAL ENROLMENT SYSTEM

2. NATIONAL MONITORING SYSTEM

3. NATIONAL SUPPORT SYSTEM

The NCS with its three wings will help its counterparts at state level and provide them guidance and expertise bringing the all India education system at one level –NATIONAL LEVEL

Holi- Happy holy Holi !

Holi- my festival..but not exclusively mine..because I didn't discover this mode of mass entertainment -cum fevi-quick of social bonding -cum a learning lesson from the roots of our tradition to tell ourselves
that life is a celebration if "the cause to live" is celebrated by seer happiness and natural joy arising in hearts ...The celebration by applying colours on faces is yet another facet which is distinct...If you see through you can easily see ONENESS in the colour smeared faces..which are otherwise distinct faces..competing in this troubled world for a space of comfort and identity in the in the unknown minds...I guess HOLI gives an oppurtunity to the lost-in-the-worldly-labyrinth souls to discover rich part of life- existing without fake identity.. Another revelation that invariably comes because of this festival of COLOURS is the importance of colours. Armed with knowledge of Physics i can tell you that each colour is an energy packet having its own influence on the system of Lives.. Even without this understanding the effect of colours is enormous to our sensibilities..and a great treat to the sense of vision. Yet another dimension of this celebration is the oppourtunity that it provides to mingle.. Human beings are the strongest among the species because they know the importence of association.. it makes countries and nations.. It creats love...acceptibility.. it blurs division...

The banking system is a system of financial need and monetary management. An account is like a purse which allows you to manage your money and more so in today’s world where banking is driven by technology of the likes of ATMs, Core banking platform, Internet banking, Mobile banking and SMS alert facilities-all these  with 24*7  customer support system. Still banking is need of human beings and it will always demand the involvement of men and women and therefore it is only pertinent to make the banking services glitch-free and smooth to give happy banking experience to the people. Doing the business of banking in the country of having 1,21,00,00,000 plus people and thousands of organizations, trusts, institutions, industries, corporations, association and partnerships is both a challenge and opportunity. And when the bank in question is State Bank of India, the challenges and opportunity acquires staggering proportions.

                                             

                                                       State bank is among the oldest bank of India and its more than 200 year history as the premiere bank of the land distinguishes it today in the form of the largest network of branches, ATMs and POS. Every year of its history has earned it applauds and the stretch of all these long years encompassing centuries has never given a –ve sign to the profitability in its balance sheet. Yet we cannot say that the SBI has never faced a tough time. It has faced very stiff times in various patches of its history and strong competitions in recent times. It has earned pride and trust among its customers because of its transparencies in rules. In spite of all these positives we cannot claim to give to all its customers the experience of “happy banking” all the time. My own experience before joining the bank had not been so good. I had to waste a lot of time in getting a thing done. Blame it on poor efficiency of staffs, or lack of appetite to work or the crowd in queue. I would get impatient and enraged but it never mattered in the crowded ambience of the banks. But today it matters. You are unhappy with the banking system of a branch, an SMS will do. Send an SMS “UNHAPPY” to 8008202020 and your problem will be resolved within a few days. So the banks are trying hard to give a feel of “happy banking” all the time.

                               

                                                                                   Today shrugging behind the inertia of past, the State Bank Group is ready to take on new challenges with greater momentum. The bank has incorporated various products and mode of delivery. But still we need to make some sweeping changes in our structure and the methods of service delivery to improve drastically the experience of “happy banking”.

Argument of Love

Love has always been an issue. Particularly when it involves characters of the order of a teenager or a young chap seeking to find answers to his emotions and needs in a world which offers constraints more than solutions. Struck between tentacles of tradition & custom and cord of desires, there seems to be no way forward and every answers of questions has ended only in mind-teaser questions. Here is how a conversation unfolds between two friends-Vicky and Ramu on this sticky issue.

Ramu: Try to be a man! You can’t leave all for her. I know you have not been sympathized and supported in need. I know the family and the world has been harsh for you. But what then, will you leave all for her

Vicky: yeah! I will leave all for her if it so warrants

Ramu: But, why my friend?

Vicky: Because she knows me. She knows my ideals and principals. We together strike a  

            Chord in whatever we do. She knows my ability to carve success out of mountain of failures. She helps me forget the unsuccessful strives and make me learn a thing or   couple of things out of it. So I feel she is my need. A friend of her kind is above all. She can truly be my life-partner. So I love her. So I adore her. And so why I desire her desperately!!

Ramu: Well my friend! I will help you get her. I will fight the world with you if needed to help you meet your fantasized end. But then that should be all. You won’t ask anything more from this world. She alone should fulfill what you want.

Vicky: Are you speaking in tongue of business?

Ramu: Yeah! My friend I want to make you understand the business of the world.

Vicky: But! Love is pure and providential. How can you barter it for another thing of worldly origin?

Ramu: My Chap! Love is not pure. Neither it is impure. It is your vision that is important. You tried to see solutions in her and got it. And you understood all other as source of problems. It is not your fault but scanty experience of life. The miseries of life always blind the vision and wants to run to shelter itself in abode of fantasized desires. For which you want to leave all is merely a quality of one form of
love-infactuation. It demands breaking away from the rest for the
amalgamation with the object of infactuation. In contrast love is
comprehensive and wholesome. It is such by which you can encompass the
whole of the world in yourself. Love is also infectious. You start
indulging with somebody; love will dissolve you into a solution of
intimacy. Similarly you start eyeing negatives, you will feel the need to distance yourself.

Vicky: Then what? Should we all human being cease to love?

Ramu: I don’t know what should be the worthy end of love stories. But one
thing is clear and it is, live by ideals and principles. If you love
, be brave to face the worst of it. Don’t forget, if you are unworthy
to whom who has raised you, how can be you to one whom you have chosen
merely out of affection.

Vicky: Objection! My friend I love her. This love is not only physical. It is the most irony of the fact virtues do find home in physical world. Sweetness is found in sweet. Coolness is virtue of water. Brightness is identity of light. And heat is of fire. Emptiness gives meaning to space and ability to change is characteristic of time. Similarly sensibility to love and to be loved is meaning of being human. It is evidence of the fact of existence of a sophisticated consciousness within. The Master has so designed us  and He is perfect among the engineers ,the makers. In fact He is the only creator. 

He has woven such that the material world does not look that much dead. life be life . Life could have a sense of being different from non-life. Have life a house of comfort amidst its troubles , austerities and uncertainties. So if you accuse me of being a pervert in your traditions , i accuse you of being illogical and unnatural far removed from senses of being true to the self

                            If my destiny is to be human, love has to be my religion and the prophets of this religion has always preached to listen to the subtle music of the heart and follow it.

Congratulations!!!

A Jean Paul's boy from Arrah named Keshav Singh has been invited by
the Govt. Of india to share the dias with the PM on 26th January for
watching the Republic DAY parade. This honour has been confered upon
100 odd students across India.I extend my heartiest congratulations to
this lad of my town and the new torch bearer of My Jean Paul's senior
secondary school. Boy! you have done A1 job. May God bless you!

Our Villages-challenges and opportunities

                           Our Villages-challenges and opportunities

Our villages are our first world and our motherland. For me without a second thought my village is my first love among the places in world. And for India who claims that her soul lies in her villages, the villages become all more important. But when we throw a look on our villages we find that we are still lagging in development and the villages of our country still give the look of 80s and 90s even in 2012. Barring the invasion of a few technological tools i.e. TVs and Mobile phones, the villages are still a centre of minimum activities of creativity. Thanks to our poor leaders who are bankrupt with ideas and activities.

The Youth

Our villages are optimum source of quality human resources. But our young people are still a liability in their youth and the rush of blood in their veins is still used to nourish the petty needs of daily life. Worse for those who are led by anti-social elements and parasites disguised in form of leaders. Obviously our youth have a gloomy present and with all certainty have uncertain future.

The Education System

 India has always boasted of its education system in all ages of its civilization. And Indians love to flaunt their depth of knowledge and finesse of understanding. But the schools-the seat of learning still don’t have infrastructure to facilitate learning. The curriculum of Govt. schools and Boards had become obsolete long ago but still they are being used. There seems to be no goal. It seems you don’t have to reach any where.

The Health Care

Health is real wealth- this we have been made to memorize since childhood. But we have never cared to give a thought over it. Still villages don’t have a community health centre. Worse those villages which had a health-care centre today lies in shattered state and in condition of absolute apathy. The doctors of villages are medicine shopkeepers and self-proclaimed Doctors. So for villages bad health is way to hell.

Sanitation

It is said cleanliness is next to godliness. But Proper drainage system is invisible in villages of twenty-first century. Even villagers are ignorant from the benefits of cleanliness and neatness.

Energy and power

Even today hundreds of year after electricity was discovered as a source of energy, the villages still sleep in darkness. “Lantern age” does not seem to end.

Point to ponder

Villages provide a homogeneous distribution of population facilitating basic natural resources like pure air, drinking water and land to be shared over a large geographical landscape. Villages equipped with basic and modern facilities will prove to be cradle of healthy and peaceful home of generations to come. I believe they are the only solution to the ever increasing population. Isn't it  wise to revive our villages in new avatar?

As soon as you mention something?? if it is good, it is taken?. If it is bad, it happens

If you come early, the bus is late. If you come late?? the bus is still late.

Once you have bought something, you will find the same item being sold somewhere else at a cheaper rate

When in a queue, the other line always moves faster and the person in front of you will always have the most complex of transactions

If you have paper, you don't have a pen??. If you have a pen, you don't have paper?? if you have both, no one calls.

Especially for engg. Students---- If you have bunked the class, the professor has taken attendance.

You will pick up maximum wrong numbers when on roaming

The door bell or your mobile will always ring when you are in the bathroom.

If your exam is tomorrow, there will be a power cut tonight.

Irrespective of the direction of the wind, the smoke from the cigarette will always tend to go to the non-smoker

  This one word has drawn several headlines in the year bygone and continue to fuel revolutions around the world-from west to east. Many have lost their throne and invincibles have lost to defeat. And whose possessions seemed to be endless are today dispossessed of their SOUL and its dignity in their death. And consequently because of so much of noise-pollution it kept on our mind like nothing else. We who are not the beneficiaries of this unaccepted mode of leisure, comfort and power do certainly find ourselves on disadvantaged side of competition for excellence and worse of them who are victim of it for no fault of their own.
Who we are?
We all work in this world of limited resources for the use of which we have arrived at a mutually accepted standard practice established by law or tradition. The resources are ,of course, a means to make anenriching experience of life of everyone of us whom we invite by love-making and who oblige us by coming from nowhere to life. We and our co-partners of varied shapes, sizes, colors and needs form adiversified and rich ecosystem of which we are the proud care-takers. So what qualifies us to make us the guardian of this "system of lives" and the master of world. The answer lies in our ability to understand and solve a problem with right kind of solution. So to be concise it is our abundance in IQ and EQ that gives us natural mandate to lead. So we are proved to be an entity of unique consciousness blended with both intelligence and emotion.
Why the temptation?
Consciousness come here in pursuit of only one goal-to live to consume. But,it does not know how to strike a balance between living and consuming . Mesmerized by its own existence it wants  to come to terms with itself. So it devises ways to put restraint upon itself which we call "inner-voice", or moral or more coarsely rule or laws, depending upon how it has been devised . If the guardian of the humanity is State we call it a law, if it is some by some Organization we call it rule. And if the restraint has been realized by common enlightenment brought upon us by thinkers or messengers of God ,we call it moral. But, irrespective of the type of guardianship-state ,religion or association , man has needed it in all ages. Primarily because we are in disordered state we need an order to exist. This we have been trying since our inception in this world.
The Root Cause
Now the basic problem is that one single man is in himself so disordered that he doesn't know how to make consumption an enriching experience.By the virtue of instinct he has only known that more you have, safer you will be. And here we are in billions trying to figure out division of resources. So the tug of war has become multitude in dimensions and overwhelming in strength. And here CORRUPTION is born.  Those who find themselves at the receiving end of this disordered system take to this forbidden route secretly. Then there are those who do not want to slip into the category of commons after they have carved a niche for themselves by sheer strength of their capability,trying to belie  the rule of  nature that everything that will rise will fall, avail the profane route to sustain their holdings. 
The remedy 
Therefore,  our complexity of the problem of corruption is our own complexity and the solution lies in internal treatment. We must construct a system which give birth to men who we want to be.In the perfect democracy,let the rule of CORRUPTION,be brought down by the will of satisfaction. After all who is here not human?
