Duty- The way to salvation for 1.25 crore Indians

"Duty" . As the word is spelled it brings a lot of sense of responsibility and with that sense urging you to  take the action with such honesty that it gives you a satisfaction and a pride of belongingness. Duty can be explained in words that can be piled up to form a book and deliver lecture. But the truth is that we all like to enjoy the fruits of a tree as our right but seldom care  about watering the tree or supplying nutrients to that tree of which we eat the fruit. This tree is our NATION if we can imagine. We all owe something towards it. Though we are unaccounted for our duties so far doesn't exonerate us from the underachievment of our Team INDIA since independence. The time has come when we really need to form a team INDIA. And the team cannot be formed unless we have some self imposed discipline. Discipline cannot come unless there is unaccountability.   Therefore,in the name of duty-Duty that makes MAN and  NATION , i will like to propose a DUTY-BASED CITIZEN REPORT CARD attached to Aadhar card which is to be updated once in a 2 year or 3 year...or on regular basis on real time AND REPORT CARD based incentive and recognition in all government or govt sponsored schemes. Be it reservation OR be it relief in income tax OR be it promotion.. OR be it Honouring.
Features of the REPORT CARD
1. It will be Aadhar based.
2. It should be issued and updated for evey citizen from as young as 7 to 9 years .
3. The Report card should be for age group. The items for each age group should be as per age group. While some items may feature in all or some age group.
4. The objective of our Report card should be to inspire and connect each human being to his own actions,his responsibility to his family, neighborhood ,state ,country ,culture traditions and to the Supreme self
5. The report card will detail a human interaction in society and will be subject to change.

Lets chart out the Report card and weight age for each item of the card.

1. For every vote you caste.
2. For upgrading your documents like PAN,Aadhar,voter id.
3.For keeping your bank ac operational.
4. For repaying your bank loan fully. Negative marking for NPA loans.
5.Negative marking for crime in addition to punishment. In petty offences no punishment only negative marking in CITIZEN REPORT CARD.
6.For studying well
7.For your sports.
8.For doing your job well
9.For taking care of your parents.
10. For taking care of your child.
11.For adopting 2 child policy.
12. For voluntary acceptance of COMMON CIVIL CODE
13. For donations...different weightage to different donations... like money..blood..organ etc.
14. For Supreme sacrifice for our armed forces. (Maximum marks for a Martyr)
15. For various duties enshrined  in constitution
16. For leading disease free healthy life..
17.For shunning and adopting NASA-FREE (ADDICTION FREE) lifestyle.

          Once we adopt a system through which we can quantify the duty and adopt a standard to rate our citizens involvement in making of the nation and drawing a graph Vis a Vis the rights enjoyed ,then we will be able to better understand our people and make our law making process and other procedures of governance and administration people friendly.

असहिष्णुता (Intolerance )का मुद्दा छाया ।।

तपस्वियों का देश भारत
कब बदला ,बना अखाड़ा !
न्यूज़ रूम से सन्देश✉
Intolerance का आया

अख़लाक़ के मज़ार पर
माथा अपना टेक कर
संविधान की दी गयी दुहाई📚
Secularism की राग सुनाई

जो देश पड़ा था सुस्त
न जाने उसमे जान कहाँ से आया
नेता,प्रणेता, अभिनेता के मौन आवाज़ में😠
अंगार कहाँ से आया? ।।😈

सब लगे चिल्लाने एक साथ😉😈😖
जैसे  हो लाया भूकंप  सुनामी साथ !
लगा ! अब नहीं कुछ बचने वाला है
देश डूबने वाला है ।।

देश ! हाय ये देश बचाएं कैसे?
यक्ष -प्रश्न सुलझायें कैसे ?
हिंदु असहिष्णु हो गए ! इन्हें समझाएं कैसे?
Secularism कि टोपी इन्हे पहनाएं कैसे?🎅💂

सब लगे सोचने एक उपाए
जो हो कारगर ,जो दाता  को भाए
किसी के ज़हन में खुराफात  कुछ आई
सम्मान वापसी की नयी सूझ आई ! 👑

सम्मान-वापसी खूब hit हुआ
TRP रिकॉर्ड beat हुआ
घड़ियाली आसूं खूब टपकाए गए
सुर्खियां ख़ूब बनाये गए ।😢😢

मिली थी नयी प्रसिद्धि
TV-social media के युग में
जो बात न हो पाई थी  सम्मान के दौर में
कही जादा घटित हुई सम्मान वापसी के दौड़ में ।।😃😄

दिन बीतते गए ,क्रंदन बढ़ता गया😢😢😢😢😢😲
सम्मान वापसी गिरोह का कारवां बढ़ता गया।😨😨
परिक्षा की घड़ी थी, नमक का क़र्ज़ चुकाना था
कैसे भी हो "उसे" हराना था|😔

हुआ वही जिसका सुविवेकियों को डर था
जैसे अभिमन्यू चक्रव्यूह में मरा
वैसे विकाश का चुनाव में हश्र हुआ
लोग हारे  , तमाशा जीता |😌😫

नमक का कर्ज चूका कर
सस्ती प्रसिद्धि पाकर
मनोरथ अपना पूर्ण करके
"शांति से अब बैठे हैं वे ।☺😊😃😃😊☺

How can we make parliament work? A Dream of a Legend.

  In a democratic set up , the working of parliament is must. The importance of the same can be understood by the fact that this "malfunctioning " of the critical engine of governance kept teasing the greatest scientist Mahatama even moments before his sad demise.
He wanted to pose this challenge as assignment before the students . What can be an ideal solution to this woes of 125 crore indians and in particular to the departed legend. Lets start to find an answer.

I take this oppourtunity as task and propose the following solution. Any improvement upon this or a complete different solution is always welcome.

Let Parliament manifest itself in ways so that it can reach to all MPs . One such way may be virtual avtar of parliament but working in real time. For this we need to find a way to bring the proccedings of Parliament online in such a way that it is secure,real-time and  device specific. Such a device should be  alloted to MPs only and can be logged in only by MPs in their full awareness. Such a device will ensure the  presence of all MPs virtually even when they are not physically present in Parliament and can ask their question, express their concerns and raise the voice of the people they represent from their constituency itself.

Such a dual presence of Parliament in real time will solve many problems. The working of Parliament will have to be planned. Each MPs presence can be ensured.

Secondly, this virtual and dual  avatar of Parliament will solve the issue of  " angry"opposition resulting in Non Performance of Parliament. Our angry opposition can build pressure on Government by walking out of parliament and yet being  present in virtual parliament.  The working of angry MPs sitting outside the Parliament will put paramount pressure on the "moral" of any government and the government will try  to look into opposition demands very seriously.

Here the " angry and unsatisfied" opposition can repeatedly raise their voice in a more responsible manner  while performing their regular or scheduled duties. They will not only become more responsible and serious opposition but they will make the goverment more accountable.

It will be the duty of the government to bring the angry  MPs back  in the house with all due respect.

Also the number of MPs present in the house via virtual mode should not be allowed to exceed a certain percentage and each MP should be allowed a certain no of virtual session only during any session of parliament.

         

                                      It is only a try to pay tribute and homage to the Legend who made all Indians  proud of belonging to his nation.  I request all the readers to freely share their views  to improve upon this idea or you may share your own idea.

Marriages

It has been really a long time since I published (becoz I keep sharing in  retail)  my views on any topic. Reasons of my abscence on my own blog is that i am not a paid professional who can talk cricket or politics as if they where the most complex theories governing universe. Secondly I have been busy with my stupidest works as a bank officer and thirdly I am most of the time blank about a subject I want to write or know less about them than you. Hence no point in taking a share of your whatsapp time. But today this title got a better of me and kept me pressing to think of. Marriages!!!
           This is a season of marriages. India being a nation of youngs, India is ready for marriages of all shorts- Arranged, Love, Love cum arranged, Arranged for dowry ,elope,forced and what not.  But why we need a marriage in first place? Like types there are multitude of reasons for wedding or for a combinations of reasons. The obvious being- a partner to live with because we fear to live alone, feeling of incompleteness, emotional needs, physical needs or biological compulsions or who knows Heaven wants.And for brides and grooms the reason may be different, conflicting, or similar.  
Now we are mature enough and  have come a long way in our evolution, now can we classify it as  "redundant " affair or should marriages be given their due importance. I don't want  to sound judgmental by giving my verdict. Its for you to decide.
  You think for a while till I come up with my findings!!!
